Speaker:  Alessandro De Micco is a Software Verification Engineer for IBM Workload Scheduler (TWS) and IBM Workload Automation on Cloud. Alessandro joined IBM in 2001, working as a Client Technical Specialist in the Digital Asset sector and he joined the Workload Scheduler development team in 2007. Since then, he has been covering technical roles in the Software Testing area with a strong focus on building relationships with customers. Now he is responsible for the Transparent Development program, promoting customer interaction in the whole product development phase.
