Unlock Workload Automation: Hybrid IT scheduling and Intelligent Job Prediction at your hands. [Webinar]

Wednesday, June 3, 2015 11:00 AM EST
What if you had the possibility to run any type of workload, On Premises or Cloud, from a single point of control?  What if you could predict with confidence your job's duration and the impact of changes in your workloads?

We are in an era of accelerated industry innovation and transformation. Forces such as data, social media and cloud services are enabling this change. Transformation drives the need for cutting-edge automation to control and maintain business processes, and magnify operational efficiency. Cutting-edge automation must serve IT and Business users, with flexible and consumable services approaches, and with intelligent capabilities to support decision making at every level.

IBM Workload Automation evolved dramatically in the past year. It enables new models of automation for hybrid IT and continuously delivers scheduling flexibility, to empower IT to drive business transformation for the organization. Automation is consumable as a service, both for a greater range of users and applications, and for rapid delivery of business services, while maintaining autonomy for business users.

And the journey continues with predictive intelligence to anticipate problems and make informed, intelligent decisions. Embedded analytics use historical plan information to predict job durations, with no manual work or switching context. Analytics exploit historical workload trends to help organizations understand the impact of changes to business-critical services.

It’s time to seize the opportunity to disrupt the traditional scheduling business-as-usual for better agility with modern automation. IBM Workload Automation Version 9 can be the backbone technology for you to work in more impactful ways.

Highlights...
  • Understand the difference of patching with BigFix/IBM Endpoint Manager
  • See real-time patching scenarios for Unix, Linux, AIX, Suse, Microsoft, etc.
  • See how BigFix can automate your patching processes
  • Wow! Visibility into your entire network assets & security reporting

To register for this special event, please contact me and I will provide you with registration instructions. Registration closes 48 hours in advance (June 2).  Pizza Delivery Time on the day of the Webinar is 11:30 am. (Delivery contact and direct phone numbers will be mandatory - no corporate phone numbers.)

Streamline Processes, Reduce Costs and Ensure Continuous Compliance with IBM Endpoint Manager

IBM can help your organization deliver greater value back to your business.  We do this by compressing processes from months to minutes, by reducing infrastructure costs by the millions, and by insuring continuous compliance of operational, security, and regulatory mandates.

To accomplish this, we provide for a unified management platform comprised of a single resource-efficient agent and a single unified management console that provides operators the ability to have real-time visibility and control over any endpoint - servers, laptops, PCs, Macs, ATMs, Kiosks, you name it.  To do all this, we need a single management server to support over 250,000 endpoints.

Using this unique solution, our clients are quickly and cost-effectively finding and fixing problems in minutes across any endpoint - whether it's on their corporate network or off, whether it's virtual or it's physical.

We call this solution IBM Enpoint Manager and, simply, it just works.

Did you know?

Between 2012 and 2016, 33% of organizations will change backup vendors due to frustration over cost, complexity and/or capability.*

As a Cloud and Smarter Infrastructure representative, I'd love the opportunity to discuss how the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) suite is helping organizations deliver comprehensive data protection with less complexity - all while lowering costs by an average of 38%. **

IBM's Smarter Approach to Back-up and Recovery is a data protection platform based on Simplicity, Scalability and Efficiency that delivers the ability to:
  • Reduce backup storage space up to 95%
  • Perform advanced backups across virtual environments, core applications, and remote sites
  • Simplify administration with the new Tivoli Storage Manager Operations Center
If you haven't looked at Tivoli Storage Manager lately, I'd welcome the chance to outline how recent enhancements can help you improve data protection while freeing up valuable IT budget.
